Cloakroom Regulation
Use of the cloakroom is at the visitor’s own risk.
Viage is within its rights to inspect the contents of items. Viage reserves the right to refuse safekeeping for precious, large or unusual items, c.q. items with a (possible) prohibited, dangerous or suspicious content (Viage staff are obliged to inform the authorities in this case). The user indemnifies Viage against loss, damage or injury caused by the (contents of) items left by the user for safekeeping.
One receipt is issued for each item placed in safekeeping. Items are returned only on production of that receipt to a Viage cloakroom attendant.
Viage cannot be held in any way liable for the consequences of loss of receipt.
Viage will of course do all it can to keep safe, and return items left in its care. Viage cannot, however, guarantee that the items will always be returned (undamaged).
Viage is not responsible for loss, damage or injury sustained by the user, except for loss, damage or injury caused wilfully or through gross negligence on its part or by its personnel. Liability for indirect or subsequent loss, damage or injury is excluded. Viage’s liability is at all times limited to 250 euros per item left in its care (including the contents thereof).
